Comansa 21LC290: A Versatile Flat Top Tower Crane
The Comansa 21LC290 flat top tower crane offers two versions, each with impressive capabilities. It can handle a maximum load of either 12 or 18 tonnes. With a maximum radius reaching up to 74 metres, it provides extensive coverage on the job site.

This enables the operator to make the most productive choice based on the specific situation. When the crane needs to handle its maximum load, it operates with the double trolley. For situations demanding the maximum jib-end load, the crane functions with only the front trolley and at maximum speed.

We were recently appointed for the verification of series of tower crane structures for compliance with Australian Standard, which is a legal requirement for importing foreign tower cranes. Among the projects we have worked on, is the verification of a Comansa 21LC290-18t heavy duty trolley-jib crane, which required complex wind and dynamic loads calculations and a detailed structural analysis model of the crane structure.
