Tower Crane Wall Tie full range

A tower crane has a free standing height, beyond which tower crane wall ties (tower crane anchor frames) are required. The anchor frame secures the tower crane mast to the structure or frame and provides stability when the tower crane is under load or exposed to wind. The number of tower crane anchorages is calculated by considering the type of tower crane, boom length, height under the hook, and maximum stopping wind speed.

The tower anchorages are fixed to the tower according to the size and specification of the mast sections. However, the installation of the mast anchorage frame depends on the actual situation of the construction site.

The common sizes of tower crane mast sections are 1.2m*1.2m*3.0m, 1.6m*1.6m*3.0m and 2.0m*2.0m*3.0m.

When the distance between the installation location and the building exceeds that recorded in the instruction manual, additional calculations are required, such as anchor rods, anchor braces and anchor rings.
